Ingredients:
150 grams flour
50 grams powdered sugar
10 grams baking powder
2 eggs
150 ml of liquid milk
60 grams butter
Chocolate Sauce:
75 grams sugar
75 ml of water
1 vertebra cinnamon
150 grams dark cooking chocolate, cut into small pieces
2 tbs rhum, if desired
How to Make:

How to Make:
Coeklat sauce: cook the sugar, cinnamon and water until dissolved, remove from heat.Add dark cooking chocolate, stirring until dissolved, strain. Add the rhum, stir well.Remove and set side.
Mix the flour, powdered sugar and baking powder and stir well. Add the eggs and milk,stirring until blended. Enter the melted butter, stirring constantly until blended.
Heat the omelet pan diameter 10 cm. Pour the batter, cook until cooked, remove from heat. Do the same thing until the consumables.
Serve pancakes with chocolate sauce immediately.
